 Welcome to
Lazy Gains Club

Lift heavy. Leave early. Go live your life.

At Lazy Gains Club, we believe fitness and nutrition should fit your life, not take it over.

After years of training, testing programs, and eventually being professionally trained, Coach Mark Gaudette discovered a routine that delivered real results, without the burnout. What started as a personal breakthrough became a lifestyle: short, effective workouts and a flexible approach to dieting that was easy to follow.

Lazy Gains Club is built for real life. Minimal effort, maximum results and yes, still room for pizza.

How I Started Cutting Without

My fitness journey started a long time ago. I took this picture thinking this would be my “before” picture. To accomplish the “after” part, I was running, doing random weightlifting workouts, and eating lots a red meat (double-burgers). It’s more protien right? I didn’t know what a calorie was.

It would take me years to understand what to do in the gym and how to get lean.

It’s 2012, I’ve tried everything I can possibly think of. I paid a trainer that looked how I wanted but the program was so intense at 6 days week! And my diet wasn’t really even discussed.

Then a friend of mine who had a ridiculous physique, told me his trainer had the minimalist routine I was looking for. These before pictures were taken for his program.

I trained with online coach, Andy Morgan, for 3 months. And in that time I learned how to do more with less. Andy simplified my diet and helped me grasp the basics, like calories. For the first time in my life I was starting to see results.

Years later in 2018, I started to take things a little more seriously and in return my strength numbers increased along with a six-pack. I remember trying on this suit and not believing how many inches I’d lost.

At last, I finally figured out how to work out, eat the right foods, and still enjoy things like pizza and ice cream while maintaining my abs, without fear of losing them.

Since then I’ve figured out how maintain my strength with the least amount of effort and time in the gym.

An average workout is about 30 minutes but actually doing the workout? 10 minutes a week.

After years of training  and seeing consistent progress, I wanted to share my favorite minimalist routine that has fit so seamlessly into my life.

One that feels lazy and so simple it’s stupid; hence, Lazy Gains Club was born.

We did the math and on average we worked out 1 and a half times a week last year. If we can get abs on that schedule then so can you!
